I wanted to contact you to advise that we have formally launched our marketing of the first shared ownership homes for sale at the Wain Homes 'Tencreek' development in Liskeard.

There are three 2-bed houses and two 3-bed house available for Shared Ownership in this phase, with initial shares between 25% and 75%, and rent payable on the remaining share.
The percentage share purchased is determined by an applicant's affordability assessment.
The Section 106 will require purchasers to have a connection to the parish of Menheniot or town of Liskeard in the first instance and is explained in the attached 'Shared Ownership at Tencreek' document.
